What I Stand For
This is not about going back. It’s about moving forward as who you are now becoming.
Get in touchThe Essence of the Work
Whichever way you enter, the essence is the same.
You are not left to navigate this alone. I work carefully and precisely with your nervous system to create the conditions where survival can soften and something truer can take shape.
You are guided — deliberately and with care — through the loss of who you were and into the life that now fits. Your Second Life does not arrive by accident.
It begins when you decide that you are worth meeting.
If you recognise yourself here, the next step is simply to begin a conversation.
I come to this work as a former senior health professional, deeply aware of the responsibility involved in supporting women through major psychological and identity transitions.
I don’t see midlife as a problem to be solved. I see it as a threshold — often reached through disruption — that deserves safety, steadiness, and skilled guidance.
I stand for work grounded in the nervous system. Not willpower. Not performance. And not coping strategies layered onto chronic stress or exhaustion. I don’t believe in fixing women, pushing them through change, or helping them tolerate lives that no longer fit.
I don’t believe insight alone creates deep change if the body doesn’t feel safe enough to follow. Nervous-system safety comes before clarity and choice. Identity comes before strategy. And lasting change happens when body and mind are worked with together.
This work is not about returning you to who you were before everything changed. It’s about supporting you to move forward as who you are now becoming.
My commitment is to meet you in this moment with integrity — bringing my full skill, experience, and presence to the work we do together. I believe deeply in the potential held within this stage of life. And I stand for midwifing women into their Second Life — using everything I know, and everything I am, in service of what is now taking shape.
