This work exists for a very specific moment in a woman’s life — when she knows something has ended, but nothing new has fully formed yet – where staying where she is feels impossible but moving forward feels urgent, frightening, and unclear.

From Pieces to Peace is what you step into here.

This is not therapy as usual. It’s not mindset work layered onto survival. And it’s not about fixing what is “wrong” with you.

This work is about identity — and identity cannot reorganise while the nervous system is braced for survival.

So we begin by settling the body. Creating enough internal safety for the free-fall to slow and vigilance to soften.

Only then can the deeper identity work begin.
